Kofi Aduku

Kofi Aduku is the head of our Crime Department and has more than 10 years’ experience in criminal law work. He qualified as a solicitor in 2011 and is an accredited Duty Solicitor having passed the Magistrates Court Qualification with Cardiff University School of Law and Politics Department for Professional Development.

Kofi represents defendants in Criminal law matters including Motoring Offences. He started as a caseworker in 2003 at Christian Gottfried & Co Solicitors specialising in Immigration and Asylum Law. He qualified as a solicitor at Gans & Co Solicitors before joining Duncan Lewis Solicitors.

 He has over 10 years’ experience in Immigration, Asylum and Refugee work and attained accreditation in Immigration and Asylum Accreditation Scheme (IAAS) at level 1. Read more…

Frederick Martey

Frederick Martey is a Solicitor who specialises in Immigration, Nationality and Human Rights Law. He qualified as a solicitor in 2019 and is the head of the immigration team. He has over 8 years’ experience in immigration work.

He started as an Immigration caseworker at BWF Solicitors before joining Danbar Solicitors.

Pious brings to the firm over 7 years’ experience in Civil Litigation and Dispute Resolution, Personal Injury and Clinical Negligence, Employment Law, Personal Insolvency, Debt Recovery, Consumer Protection, Immigration, Housing/ Landlord and Tenant, Social Security and Welfare Benefits Appeals, and Regulatory, Public and Administrative Law.

Pious previously worked as a caseworker at Graceland Solicitors before joining Adukus Solicitors. He draws on several years of experience in the advice sector, business consultancy, and education and training.

Abdurrahman Abdulwahab qualified as a Solicitor of the Senior Courts of England and Wales in 2025. Abdurrahman specialises in Family Law. He previously worked at Deton Solicitors before joining Adukus Solicitors.

Abdurrahman qualified as a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Nigeria in 2012. He has a background in Dispute Resolution and Business Advisory.

Additionally, Abdurrahman advises clients across Civil Litigation, Wills and Probate, and Housing Law.

Beatrice McCauley-Slowe

Beatrice McCauley-Slowe qualified as a solicitor of the Supreme Court of England and Wales in 1994.

She specialises in Advocacy in Criminal litigation and Civil Litigation. She is an accredited duty solicitor and a Higher Courts Rights – Criminal accredited. Beatrice represents people at the Police station, the Magistrates Court, the Crown Court and at the Court of Appeal.

Beatrice has Higher Court Rights – Civil accredited. She specialises in Family Law advocacy in her capacity as a Qualified Legal Representative (QLR). She is a lawyer appointed by a court in England and Wales to specifically cross-examine a witness on behalf of a party who is prohibited from doing so themselves.

She has experience in Immigration matters and brings to Adukus Solicitors her years of experience as the Principal of McCauley-Slowe Solicitors. She speaks English, Creole and French.
